The air conditioner is very good. You can set it for a particular temperature and then it goes off, when it reaches the temp. I like the idea that it has a remote control. The only thing I am disappointed about is that it is loud.

Great looking AC Just replaced a 53 year old through the wall ac with this unit. Cools great the only issue we have with it is that it is not as quiet on low as our old one Other than so far it™™s seems to be great.

It works well and is easy to use. My only problem is that the light panel is so small I can hardly see it. I have to get down on my knees to read it

I have the same problem as "Need cool air in NYC". I bought Model FHTC123WA12 (12,000BTU) and it blows cold air only about 25% of the time. Most of the time it's blowing room temperature air. Can someone please help me with suggestions on how to solve this problem. It's so frustrating. Thank you in advance.

AC works very well and cools a 400 square foot room quite quickly. Only drawback, it is quite noisy like the previous models before it.

I like the unit. It works very well for my size place. My negatives....I do find it a little loud so while it's running I have to crank the volume on my TV. Not sure if that's something that can be fixed. I imagine it's not. So I can live with it. The other thing is I can't run it while I'm sleeping. The unit turns on and off periodically throughout the night. Which in turn wakes me up multiple times throughout the night. I also don't believe there is a fix for that except to train myself to get used to it. Which I don't think I can do even with earplugs. For now I'm running a floor fan on me while I sleep. It works well and probably saves me some money. But overall I think it's a good unit.
