I have very bad experience with LG they have worth customer service they dont hear peoples problems. I got cut machine in January 7 so deliver it from Home Depot till January 14 since January 14 till February 27 I could not get any help I already was trying to go to the police and somehow definition came up. I really dont know how long its going to be bought this machine I was asking them to replace said Say was telling me from customer service single replace it. Once definition of you tell time is of the smashing into that place in technician came and I ask it he said see your liars supposed to be changed because I did told them but they did not care so Ill just divorce company

It will fit perfectly in the guest house We dont have 240 V power right now and needed a washer/dryer solution while we live on the property while our house is built. We replaced our 20+ year old stackable washer and dryer. This was the only unit that stacked and had the controle for both in the center and not on the top of each unit. Plus the unit controls are in the center and not on the top of each unit. Other stackable have the controls on the dryer require a ladder to use the dryer when the units are stach=ked. In addtion the unit is quiet and works well.

The machines have a good design and work quietly. We have had the unit for 2 weeks and are still learning. The instructions need to be read closely. Foe example Selecting the normal wash doesnt give you options for water temp. so we use timed wash and then we can select water temp. Have not figured out how to download a personalized wash cycle would like to have a normal wash-cold but once normal is selected we have not been able to select the water temp.

Some how this review is showing I have a gas laundry tower. It is electric. I have tried scheduling a repair for the dispenser drawer that will not open. I havent been able to use it because the first time I tried to use it it wouldnt open. All I got was a text telling me that my request for service was cancelled because I didnt reply. But if I have to complain the washer is extremely noisy it sounds like a jet plane and then thumps and bumps so no nighttime washing as you sleep. And I wish there was a light in the washer you could put on while cycling to see whats going on.

We bought this combo seeking faster wash and dryer times remote monitoring and efficiency in water and electric use in drought plagued California. Since March 2022 we have run this combo with delight. The wash cycle is short and the clothes never have issues. They dry cycle is so short and complete that we wonder how we ever endured the unbearably long drying cycles from our old machine. The noise factor is like day and night. It is just a low hum and none of the vibrations of old. The energy saving are substantial and doing laundry is no longer a chore.

This is a good machine for smaller spaces. When you are measuring your space to see if it will fit keep in mind the vent gas and water hoses in the back. The washer holds a big load of clothes which is a nice feature. The spin cycle really takes a lot of the water out of the clothes. The drier dries the clothes quickly. Maybe because the spin cycle works so well? The one feature I would like to see is the machine would keep the settings you adjusted the cycle to. It constantly adjusts to the default setting. My old machine kept your adjustments. Another thing would nice is if you could change the signal done music.

This washer dryer stackable is nicely designed. The center menus are accessed easily. The aesthetics of this machine are clean and I like the color dark grey. The cubic size for both are perfect for the two of us. I feel like it cleans better than my old setup. Theres only one drawback at this moment. The instructions say to wipe down the washer after use...and to leave the door open for 24 hours to avoid mold/mildew. There are many folds in the rubber where water can/does get trapped. We do wipe it down but its a bit of a hassle. We are complying with the suggestions and additionally wiping down the interior with distilled vinegar once a week to boot. I saw this on YouTube and feel its a good idea. Weve had ours for 4 weeks and the mildew smell is already present. I think its a design flaw personally. Anyways doing these three things to prevent mold is a pain and I never had to do this with my old machine. Hopefully we dont end up with black mold inside despite our vigilance.

I like the way this machine does laundry. I bought this item February 6 2022 and am just getting it registered and the internet connection done not for lack of trying. If fact my phone app still says the machine washer and dryer failed to connect even though its now tracking washing 4 cycles this month and I know Ive done 20 or more this month.. They only let you message them aor send an email which is archaic when trying to resolve an issue. These people have NO customer service. They gave me an email address to resolve the issue that was returned as undeliverable. Half of what this machine is supposed to do it isnt doing. The last LG product I will ever buy.

Were new to LG appliances we have a 2 year old LG oven and now this washer dryer combo. So far its fine. A little pricey but fine. Its got so many features I really dont think well use but IDK. I really like the speed wash feature. For such a rather compact size its got HUGE capacity in both washer and dryer. A couple of things on the minus side I wish the alarm was louder so I knew when the clothes were done maybe I can adjust this in its settings but I havent found that out yet. Also because the unit is downstairs I cant get Wi-Fi to connect to it to take advantage of the internet connection. Its super quiet when we first used it we thought it wasnt working Were both in our 60s now and really dont want to buy anymore appliances Im hoping it lasts many more years. So far we like it.

I bought this to put in my new place. I previously had a side by side washer and dryer and it wouldnt fit in my laundry closet. This washtower fit with room to spare. It looks awesome and works wonderfully I will definitely recommend this product My clothes are cleaner and the dryer is huge I love the sanitizer cycle and that it has a steam option Absolutely love it

Love this stacking unit. Looks great in our laundry room and saves a lot of space. Tons of features but some kind of leave me scratching a giant hole in my head. SO FRUSTRATING. The lights. The timer on the lights inside the washer and dryer dont stay on nearly long enough. Add a feature on the app to turn the lights on and off. Easy FIX. Ill be responsible for the electricity bill. Probably the worst feature is how the unit works with the app. The app. Great love it. But I ABSOLUTELY HATE that you have to hold down a button on the unit to start a cycle with the app EVERY TIME. The REMOTE button has to be held down for 3 seconds on BOTH the washer and dryer in order for the app to start a cycle. Its so counter-intuitive that Ive stopped using the app altogether. Please for the love of God change this LG.
